We here at Escalate Ministries understand that when we believed in our hearts and confessed with our mouths that JESUS is LORD, we declared HIM to be MASTER of us, and so our lives, all we are, and all we have belongs to JESUS now. It's HIS life, HIS plans, HIS resources, and we belong to HIM. HE PAID for us; purchased us, by HIS sacrifice on the cross. We simply attempt to manage those resources to the best of our ability. And GOD is ALL ABOUT trusting HIM with everything and obedience.

 

So... we keep the poor CLOSE TO US, which means they are constantly asking for things... out of desperation. WE CHOOSE to spend less money on ourselves and NOT chase OUR dreams and desires. WE CHOOSE to work harder and longer so that we will have MORE to give them... them... these people who will never be able to repay us. But GOD... repays. 

We hope that spending GOD'S money HE has given you by giving to the less fortunate will produce the same wonderful blessings in your life that we have experienced. You may be surprised that they sometimes have more faith, peace, and joy than even we have here with all of our comforts of life. I hope they inspire you all to dig deeper and more intimate with CHRIST like they have inspired us.
